We are so glad you stopped by R3C. We are a husband and wife team with years of experience in ministry, churches, and beyond. We have worked with people across all denominations and walks of life. We are excited to now have the opportunity to lead our own ministry, serving those who are now in the same roles through coaching, consulting, and counseling.
What Is R3C Ministry?

R3C’s licensed counselors assist with reframing your thoughts using proven principles and processes that will lead them from being stuck into being Focused with a clear pathway forward.
Meet the Team
Dave Lyle
Coaching & Consulting
David came to faith in Christ at the age of seven. He was raised with his four brothers by Christian parents who were pastors in The Salvation Army.
He is a graduate of The Salvation Army – College for Officers, and holds a BA in Organizational Management from Nyack College. He also is a trained life coach and facilitator.
David served as pastor to many local congregations, served on regional denominational leadership teams and served as the Director of Church Growth and Church Planting for the eleven eastern states.
He went on to become a successful church consultant and life coach and later served as an Executive Pastor for two large churches.
His passion to grow and develop leaders and churches. He has worked with many denominations and churches and countless leaders in their personal growth.
He and his wife Kathy also enjoy ministering to people and when they get a chance they enjoy bicycling and going to the beach where they live in Cape Charles, VA.
